REFUNDS
Refund and Cancellation Policy
At WRT Studio Designs, we strive for complete satisfaction in every interior design project. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to maintain the highest standard of professional service while respecting the artisanal time and resources dedicated to your unique vision.
Service cancellations requested within 48 hours of booking are eligible for a partial refund, excluding any initial administrative costs. Once design work has commenced, including site analysis or conceptual development, service fees become non-refundable to account for studio time and professional expertise utilized.
Custom furniture orders and bespoke installations are final sale once the production phase has been authorized. Cancellations for artisanal items cannot be accepted once materials have been sourced. For any digital design deliverables, refunds are not available once the finalized files have been transmitted to the client.
Fulfillment and Delivery
At WRT Studio Designs, fulfillment begins the moment your design concept is approved. Our streamlined process ensures that every bespoke element, from custom furniture to artisanal finishes, is meticulously tracked and managed. We coordinate directly with master craftsmen and global vendors to uphold the highest standards of quality throughout the production phase.
Installation Logistics
The delivery and installation phase is treated as a choreography of precision. Our logistics team oversees the white-glove transport of all materials to your site. We supervise every detail of the final placement, ensuring that the transition from architectural plan to lived-in environment is seamless, timely, and reflective of our commitment to modernist elegance.
Project Completion and Handover
A project is considered delivered only when the final walk-through meets your absolute satisfaction. We provide comprehensive documentation for all bespoke elements and maintenance guidelines for artisanal surfaces. Our goal is to leave you with a space that is not only visually stunning but also technically perfected for immediate use.
